The “Scarlet Knight Series” - a collaborative bourbon series between Eric LeGrand Bourbon and Rutgers University debuts. It’s a limited-edition release that celebrates the legacy of the university with a nod to its mascot, The Scarlet Knight.

The bourbon is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled at 92 proof and was aged for 5 years. Featuring a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% barley, it aims to capture the fighting spirit of Rutgers University. It was produced at Green River Distillery, the 10th oldest registered distillery in Kentucky
